Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra VHF Failure

My Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra Walkie Talkie phone has failed. I’m working with the Ulefone Official Store on AliExpress to get this issue resolved. They, unfortunately, are making Ulefone look bad by asking for unnecessary videos. I already sent them a video of this device showing 0 power on VHF and 5.6W on UHF into a dummy load. They still asked to show it with the original antenna, so here we are, playing the game.
