Tandy CM-1: A broken high-end 26khz monitor from 1984

#repair On a recent VWestlife video, the Tandy CM-1 monitor was mentioned. This monitor was paired with the high-end Tandy 2000 computer which was released in 1984. What made this monitor special is that it runs at 26khz which provides a 640×400 native non-interlaced video signal.

I picked up this monitor mentioned in VWestlife’s video and it’s going to need some repair, so let’s figure out what’s wrong with this and get it working.
