I bought Ulefone Power 3S, from Ulefone Store in AliExpress – Damaged!

I bought Ulefone Power 3S from Ulefone Store in AliExpress, the send me a damaged phone.

1) The back Camera was defect, purple lines.

2) The fast charger was not working.

3) It has to much volume, in the lowest its still loud.

I work in a lawyer office, and I tryed to talk with Ulefone to refund me but they said that they will not refund me because they want first the damaged phone back.

It costs me very much for me to send it back. I said that they should send me a new phone, and the shipping cost to return the damaged phone. And when the new phone comes, I will send it back, because I work in a lawyer office and I cannot be without a phone until a new arrives. This phone I have wait 60 days, and they send me a damaged one.

In 2016 I have bought Ulefone Power (1) and I was happy with it. So its not the first time I buy Ulefone.

But now I am very depressed how the Ulefone treat they customers.
