I bought FAKE Samsung SSDs from AliExpress…Don’t buy these! (990 Pro 1TB & 1080 Pro 4TB)

Greetings and welcome to another installment in the iWish series, a series in which I purchase various questionable products to see if they are any good…most of the time they are not but I buy this stuff so you don’t have to!

And I am back with another look at a scam with storage devices.
Not another USB Drive or anything…an actual M.2 SSD that LOOKS suspiciously like a Samsung SSD.

They are even called the same (Except for the 1080 Pro which is nonsense).

Of course the price is the red flag here but what DO you get for the money?
The answer is not a whole lot.

You all know the drill here, stick with reputable companies and manufacturers and if it’s too good to be true then it likely is. Please DO NOT BUY these drives. Make sure they are 100% Samsung and the price will reflect that.
