How Greed Ruined Etsy…

For a long time, Etsy has been known as the place online to find handmade and unique items from small businesses. In the past decade, however, they have been getting further and further away from their roots. While Etsy claims that their mission is to “keep commerce human”, the changes that the company has made, and their seeming indifference about issues on the site tell a different tale. Today, I’ll be getting into how Etsy, in my opinion, has been consumed by greed. Sellers and buyers alike find the site to be increasingly more difficult to use from drop shipped goods to AI art.
