The cleanser is meant to take the sticky layer off from your nails after applying the gel. Also promises the removal of excess gel. The bottle is very small, a bit over 10cm in height and 64 grams. The liquid itself has a pleasant smell, not like acetone. The bottle was only 80% full, could have been more.

To remove the sticky layer, you need to take a cotton pad and use relatively much of the liquid. One bottle is good for 6-8 uses. To get the job done you need to rub…, rub… and then rub even harder. It gets better but it’s far from ideal. I feel like the bottle contains more centage or water than real Ethanol and Acetone. You can get the job done, but products from the local store are way better.
From the product page, it declares “Removes Excess Gel”. It’s not specific, where is the excess gel? Do they mean:
a) it removes liquid gel that happens to go on the skin while applying. This is completely pointless, you can do it with a simple wipe.
b) it removes hardened gel that has gone accidentally on your skin. If this is intended then it does not work as advertised. I tried holding the liquid on for 10 minutes with a soaked cotton pad to remove it. It is simpler to just scrape it off.
c) removing gel completely, but then it’s no longer “Excess Gel”. Also tried this one. Soaked the cotton pad, left it on for over 10 minutes. If this is what they meant, it’s a bold lie. The liquid just is not strong enough to do any damage to the gel.
So I really can’t tell what they mean by “Removes Excess Gel”, but it is a lie. Even worse is the title “Nail Gel Remover cleanser”, because as said it definitely can’t remove gel. Also, it advertises “Enhances shine”, it’s just marketing hype, when you remove the sticky layer you get a better look anyway and the liquid does not add any extra shine.

For a summary, you can say that this removes the sticky layer you get after applying and hardening the gel, but nothing more. The liquid is far not enough concentrated to have any real effect on the gel. The bottle is not properly filled and is too small. Also, it is too pricy for the product. Will not buy it again.
