Bargain or Dud? | Aliexpress Chef Knife Set Hezhen

We all want a Miyabi or something cool like this but can we find something that looks cool and works good from Aliexpress?

Here I have a Hezhen. I like it more than the last video Dongsun. That one was a dud, this one? Bargain! At $30 per knife it’s a pretty wild deal. Will it last forever? I’m not sure, but for a cheap knife you can learn to maintain nicer knives I think this will be a good bridge.

It rusts and won’t worry about messing it up when practicing with whetstones. So maintaining is a must. I’m looking forward to seeing how this works as a daily driver. So far so good!
